7:30am Thursday 2nd September 2010

An overgrown jungle garden featured in magazines will be on show in Tooting Bec in support of the British Red Cross.

The garden, billed as “an architect’s evolving jungle garden” and boasting a “micro climate”, was designed by a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

The garden, at 19 Montana Road, is part of the Open Gardens scheme this Sunday from 1pm to 5.30 pm.

Adults pay £3, children go free but no dogs are allowed.
